Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: intense ruby red with a very dense chromatic texture;
Perfume: unmistakable references to cherries, coffee and cloves on the nose;
Taste: the taste is full-bodied, full, harmonious, soft, dense, concentrated and powerful, with dense and very soft tannins well driven by the alcoholic vigor in the long finish.
We recommend serving Platinum in a decanter at a temperature of around 16-18 degrees
