Organoleptic characteristics

Colour: ruby red with violet reflections, tending towards garnet with age;
Nose: pleasant on the nose with an intense aroma of red fruit, morello cherry and plum;
Taste: soft, rich and consistent in the mouth with good tannins, elegant wine.

It is advisable to pour Silver into the carafe, before serving, at a temperature of around 16-18 degrees, in order to better appreciate the viticulture work that we try to carry out every year with effort and total dedication.

Wine produced with native grapes, Montepulciano and Sangiovese grown on the rolling hills of the Marche region.

Lasagne, grilled meat, pork, boiled meats, mature cheeses.
