Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: straw yellow;
Nose: intense with hints of apple, pear and citrus fruit with light hints of exotic fruit, such as pineapple, lichys and passion fruit;
Taste: Fruity flavor with strong mineral notes. Moderate acidity
We recommend serving Platinum at a temperature of 8-10 degrees.
Pairings:
Fish dishes, tartare, molluscs and crustaceans, smoked salmon if served on toasted bread spread with butter and honey and garnished with chopped dried fruit, cured meats and mature cheeses and mixed fried fish.
